Join Our Team in Port Moresby as an Account Manager!

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team at FX Business Centre. Reporting to the Branch Manager and General Manager, this role plays a crucial part in exceeding service and profit targets through the cultivation of sustainable and profitable customer relationships. Your expertise will shine as you provide exceptional service advice, ensuring customer satisfaction across all our products and services at FX Business Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and factual reports to the Branch Manager and General Manager as needed.
  • Present industry knowledge confidently to prospective customers with professionalism.
  • Set and monitor targets for general sales activities, new business, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain essential communication with major key customers and industry associations to meet sales division objectives.
  • Develop new business opportunities and personally attend to key accounts to ensure product and distribution arrangements align with client needs.
  • Contribute to developing marketing plans and adapt strategies based on local market trends.
  • Ensure accurate sales and stock forecasting, achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business/Commerce.
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales within a similar industry.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Clean record from past employment.
  • Mobility and flexibility to accommodate business needs.
  • Current valid PNG Driver’s License.
